9. How long does shipping take and how can I track my package?

Shipping time is 3 to 30 business days. If you are in the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand or Europe, most orders are delivered within 3-14 business days. Due to high demand for products on our website, all customers must allow up to thirty business days for delivery. Please note that shipping during the holiday season may take 5-10 business days longer than usual. You can track your order from your shipping confirmation email or from the order status page.
